Portions of the TTC’s Line 1 and Line 2 will be closed this weekend.

According to the TTC, on Saturday, May 30, and Sunday, May 31, the portion of Line 1 between Finch and Eglinton stations will be closed for track work.

Replacement shuttle buses will run, stopping at each station along the route.

North York Centre Station will be closed. All other stations will remain open for the purchase of PRESTO fares and connection to surface routes and Line 4.

Customers who require Wheel-Trans service can speak with any TTC customer service staff member for assistance.

Additionally, on Sunday only, subway service on the portion of Line 2 between St George and Broadview stations will begin at noon to allow for beam replacement on the Prince Edward Viaduct.

The TTC says it will be taking advantage of this closure to perform track work simultaneously.

Replacement shuttle buses will run, stopping at each station along the route.

Sherbourne and Bay stations will be closed until noon but all others will remain open for PRESTO fare sales and access to surface routes and Line 1.
