It's going to feel close to 40°C in Toronto this weekend

Before reaching 39°C next week, Toronto is going to feel more like 37°C this weekend.

According to the Weather Network, the humidex in the city today will make it feel like 31°C on Friday, and it will keep climbing into the weekend.

Both Saturday and Sunday are forecasted to see some thunderstorms and showers, with a high of 33°C on Saturday but feeling more like 33°C.

By Sunday, the humidex will go up to 37°C.

The warmth peaks on Monday, when Toronto will reach 39°C with the humidex.
