The weekend will soon be here, and whether you’re planning in hanging out in the city or venturing out of town, you should be aware that a number of subway stations on Line 1 will be closed.

According to the TTC, there won’t be subway service on Line 1 between Sheppard-Yonge and St Clair stations on Saturday, December 7 and Sunday, December 8 for Automatic Train Control (ATC) signal system installation.

As a result, six subway stations will be closed on Line one over the course of the weekend.

During the closures, shuttle buses will be operating and additionally, wheel-trans service will also be available for customers requiring accessible service within the closure area.

Customers may request the service from any TTC employee.
