Toronto expected to get another 15 cm of snow this week

If Sunday’s snowfall taught us anything, it’s that Toronto is simply not ready for winter.

Just ask anyone who tried to use the TTC yesterday.

And not only did we find out yesterday that the city will be facing temperatures as low as -20°C in the next few days, but The Weather Network is now calling for more than 15 cm of snow to settle on the city between now and this coming Sunday morning.

Making things even worse, Saturday will also see about 5 mm of rain mixed in, creating a much-dreaded slushy experience for everyone in Toronto.

To recap, it’s going to be -20°C this week, and the snow will first be heavy and then it will be wet.

So ya, it’s going to be a tough week in Toronto…
