Hank Daddy’s BBQ has already made a name for itself as a top Toronto food truck responsible for indulgent street eats like the Pulled Pork Parfait™.
Hank’s first brick and mortar restaurant at Keele at Highway 7 opened at the end of October and has been steadily slinging slow-cooked sandwiches, plates, and overloaded platters of pure carnivorous pleasure ever since.
Starting this week the smokehouse is introducing what might be a first for Toronto diners, ALL YOU CAN EAT BBQ.
Yeah that’s right. Vegetarians need not apply.
Modelled after AYCE Korean BBQ and priced competitive to a Brazilian Rodizio, the $35.99 sit-down dinner starts with a tray piled with an array of sides and thorough sampling of meats; wings, ribs, brisket, sausage, pull pork.
If you can eat more after that you’re welcome to order more free of charge.
The first AYCE service launches this Friday, December 9 and depending on its success, could be on offer indefinitely for those that have an urge to take down a glorious pile of meat.
The 1,500 square foot restaurant seats about 50 and it’s first-come-first-served. Drinks, mainly beer and wine, are extra. And, don’t bother saving room for dessert, there isn’t any.
