No Netflix? No problem. Toronto Public Library (TPL) just introduced Kanopy, a collection of feature films, documentaries, international films and training videos, all accessible for FREE on all devices.
The online platform offering 30,000 videos (and hundreds more added each month), can be accessed with just an email address and library card and allows users to access up to eight films each month for three days at a time.

“The selection of films is outstanding,” according to the TPL website. “It includes titles from producers including the Great Courses and PBS, as well as award-winning indie, documentary and Canadian films.”
