These property listings currently for sale in Toronto are all under $300K (MAP)

While it might feel like property listings in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) will literally cost you an arm and a leg — and perhaps a kidney, — there are still plenty of affordable listings available—you just need to know where to look.

Homebuyers need not worry, because there are plenty of listings available throughout the GTA that are well below the average, which is currently $584,019 for condos and apartments and $806, 755 for homes.
