Looking for something exciting to do before summer ends? Add paddle boarding to your to-do list and go on a night excursion in Toronto.

Catch the breathtaking views of the city as you illuminate the waters at nigh during a sunset tour through the waterways of the Toronto Islands.

To make it more fun, you’ll be surfing the water with an LED torch paddle to guide your nighttime adventure.

Toronto Island SUP is back this summer with some newly added rules to ensure everyone’s safety during these unprecedented times.

Whether this is your first time or you’re already a pro, instructors will be on hand to help with quick lessons to make sure you’re comfortable before starting your adventure.

To start the night, participants will head to the launch site on Wards Island just by the Algonquin Bridge where the guides will be waiting.

You’ll start with a leisurely sunset paddle under the Algonquin Bridge, past island homes and boathouses, and arriving at Sunfish Cut.

Once it starts to get darker, you’ll light up the paddles, guiding your path as you take in gorgeous night views of the city skyline.

The tour will then head towards one of Toronto Island’s hidden passageways, Turtle Alley and into Snug Harbour.
