And while Toronto’s biggest celebration will be taking place at Nathan Phillips Square, there are plenty of events taking place throughout the city if you don’t want to brave the cold or the crowds.

Nathan Phillips Square

What: It’s huge, central, and admission is free. And it’s just so classically Toronto. Head down to Nathan Phillips Square for a giant party with live musical performances and fireworks. There are always some great food trucks nearby and don’t forget your skates.
