Toronto man wanted on warrant for alleged assault with weapon

Police are appealing for public assistance in locating Jerome Balfour, 30, of Toronto.

Officers say that Balfour is wanted on a warrant for Assault with a Weapon and two counts of Assault.

They say that he is described as, 6’2″, 190lbs, with short dark hair and brown eyes.
