13 companies are hiring over 150 jobs in Toronto this March

Toronto is home to offices for some of the biggest tech companies like Google, Amazon, and Microsoft, which have all been included in Forbes list of Canada’s Best Employers 2020 with Ontario dominating the top 25.

Ranking at number one is Toronto’s Google office.

And while the tech giants may dominate the scene there are plenty of smaller and medium-sized companies hiring for numerous positions, offering enticing jobs, perks, and benefits.

Daily Hive rounded up 13 companies that are hiring for over 150 positions ranging from companies like Paytm to start-ups like Drop.

With March comes spring, and possibly a new job opportunity in Toronto’s booming job market.

Paytm

  • Who: Toronto-based Paytm is an app that rewards users for paying their bills with great perks like gift cards for popular brands including Starbucks, Indigo, Sephora, and more.
  • Jobs: The company is looking to hire 19 positions in the city including Front-End Developer, Machine Learning Engineer, Mobile App Engineer, Product Manager, Security Engineer, and more.

Their 14,000 enterprising people work collaboratively to provide expert advice and services to maximize the value of property for real estate occupiers, owners, and investors.
  • Jobs: There are currently 22 postings with current openings in Real Estate Advisor roles as well as positions in Marketing, IT and Human Resources.

  • Who: Drop is a rapidly growing technology start-up that aspires to become the “Snapchat of Loyalty.” Through its mobile app, users can supercharge their debit and credit cards to automatically earn points from places from their favourite brands, like Starbucks, Under Armour, Forever 21, and Uber. Users can then redeem points for rewards at popular restaurants, brands, retailers, and more.
