All aboard!

This weekend you’re invited to embark on a magical journey as you take a ride on the Spellbound Prison Train.

The Waterloo Central Railway in St. Jacobs is hosting the Magical Wizards Festival on September 8 and 9, with a Harry Potter inspired train ride, and it’s only a quick 1.5-hour drive from Toronto.

Harry Potter fans will get the chance to ride on a 94-year-old steam engine for a 2-hour interactive experience where you will become a part of the story.

The pre-show will have music and magic as you get ready and excited to board the Spellbound Prison Train, enjoy live music, aerial acts and an illusionist performance like never seen before prior to boarding. The Train is then commandeered for a covert mission to the Spellbound Prison.

Two of the worst evil Wizards have repeatedly escaped their captures and you must help the ministry transport them secretly to a new location to await trial. Who is on the side of good? Will you be successful in the mission?

Have your wands ready and tune up your magic skills and spells on the train with onboard professors and learn how to keep everyone safe and help save the day.

Just make sure to get your tickets before they disappear.
