Toronto fitness studios and gyms offering online classes right now

Toronto is staying home in the effort to help reduce the transmission of COVID-19 once again, which means fitness studios across the city have temporarily closed, also again.

But that doesn’t mean your routines have to temporarily shut down, too. Keep your body moving and your mind calm with these online fitness classes being offered by studios across the community.

While 6ix Cycle is known for its spin, its on-demand program offers more. “From SPIN to HIIT to FLOW, you’ll find your entire sweaty workout roster online from the comfort of your own home,” according to the studio.

Get ready to sweat. F45 Liberty Village is back with its unlimited online access for classes and daily workout recordings. It also offers free community classes on Saturdays.

Besides a virtual and “park” schedule, Harmony Fitness launched Harmony at Home, which has on-demand access to their library of pre-recorded classes. It includes high and low impact options to keep you active from anywhere.

Just like the first lockdown, this massive Toronto fitness community — which usually runs over 300 classes a week — has begun a series of online workouts. The daily online classes will continue 7 days a week, and there’s even a “lockdown challenge” to keep you motivated.
