Snow and freezing temperatures are in Toronto’s Family Day Weekend forecast, giving you the perfect excuse to spend three days indoors.
According to The Weather Network, the long weekend begins with partly cloudy skies on Friday night. With the wind chill, it will feel like -22°C.
Flurries are expected to begin on Saturday morning and continue throughout the day.
Up to five centimetres of snow will blanket the city by Saturday night.
The weather should clear by Sunday morning, and sun is in the forecast for the afternoon.
Sunday will see a high of -5°C, before the wind chill drops temperatures back down to -22°C overnight.
Cloudy skies, and a high of -9°C, are expected throughout the day on Monday.
