Cold War Kids

What: Fifteen years after they began touring, the Cold War Kids remain a very awesome and energetic live band. Their performing tonight at the Phoenix Concert Theatre and tickets are still available.

Book Ends North Chapter – Clearance Sale

What: Get your read on for pennies on the dollar. Book Ends is putting on a massive books sale at their Young Street location. Shop for fiction pocketbooks at five for $1 or 25¢ each,
hardcovers fiction: three for $1, comics for 25¢ each, and many more at wild prices.

Torontaru Jan-ru-ary!

What: Torontaru is a monthly meet-up with the simple aspirations of providing a place for friendly, game-inclined people to chat and have a pint. No-fuss fun times.

The Surreal Life-A Comedy Show

What: It’s Toronto’s premier art comedy event. Back for 2020, this series explores challenging themes, in hilarious and innovative ways. It’s the best place to be for stand-up, improv, and storytelling.

Metrolinx Transit Meeting

What: Metrolinx is holding open houses to update the public on what’s going on in the community and to field questions. This is a good place to learn about the Ontario Line and if it impacts you. This is the last public meeting.
