Healthy Heart Cooking Class

What: Breakfast may be the most important meal of the day, but it’s also the most difficult to find time to make. Attend this free class to learn some quick, healthy recipes that serve as perfect meals to start your day with. Registration is required, and make sure you bring a copy of your waiver to the class.

Evergreen’s Winter Wednesdays

What: Make the most of this chilly evening at Evergreen’s Winter Wednesdays. You can skate under the stars on the picturesque outdoor skating rink, grab a hot chocolate (or something stronger), and cozy up around the fire with some snacks from the food trucks.

Daniel Longo Pop-Up Exhibit

What: Daniel is a colour blind artist from Toronto with some of the most vibrant work out there. Not being able to see colour, Daniel’s work is drawn to the operations of shape, line, texture, and volume, which are all reflected in his clothing and artwork. You can check out his incredible work at a pop-up exhibit at Art Cafe Gallery until February 21.

Winter Warm-Up

What: Head to the  King Street Pilot corridor for a series of free community pop-up events located at the new public space at David Pecaut Square. Enjoy warm treats, hot drinks, live music, a cozy warming station, and more.

WATCH PARTY: Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone

What: Calling all Potterheads! This Wednesday you can attend a cozy movie screening of Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone. Taking place at The Rec Room, this free event is hosted by the Poor As Shoes podcasters Alex and Kristina. There will also be games, prizes, and more.
