Free Boxing at BOLO
What: You can kick start your morning with a free boxing class at Toronto’s BOLO studio in partnership with CLIF Bar. Participants can look forward to BOLO’s signature boxing class structure, which includes technical lessons, power punches, high-intensity intervals and a serious sweat. Before class, CLIF Bar is gifting all participants free BOLO handwraps, CLIF-inspired smoothies and a CLIF fruit smoothie filled energy bar after class.

Four Chords and a Gun
What: Four Chords and a Gun is an explosive new play about the infamous punk band The Ramones written by John Ross Bowie. The play reveals the drama-filled 1979 recording session that led to The Ramones album End of the Century, produced by the volatile Phil Spector.
