Talk about a boba fete! Toronto is getting a Bubble Tea Festival this month.
Organized by the same folks behind Toronto’s recent Shawarma Festival, this event draws on Taiwanese bubble tea culture for a full day of tapioca-studded festivities plus live performances and music.
Organizers and event management company, Gorilla Toronto aims to build on the legacy of the Pan Am Athlete’s Village in Toronto’s Canary District by introducing new attractions like this one geared towards locals and tourist alike.
While a full list of vendors has yet to be announced, attendees can expect this festival to feature bubble teas of all types along with food trucks and dessert-makers.
