A “Brew at the Zoo” event is being held at the Toronto Zoo, welcoming local vendors and eager guests to explore their African Savanna.

On September 26 to 27, Toronto Zoo welcomes guests to try local craft beers, cider, wine, and food while making their way through the heart of the zoo’s African savanna.

You’ll be able to see and hear breathtaking animals such as white rhinos, cheetahs, African lions, zebras, and more.

Time slots from 11 am to 1 pm, 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm, and 4 pm to 6 pm will be available and have a capacity of 100 guests in order to promote physical distancing as well as health and safety measures.

Each ticket gives you access to other parts of the zoo as of 10 am, allowing you time to explore the area before the event begins or after you’re done your brew event.

Tickets include your first five drink samples; however, four-ounce samples for $2 and eight-ounce samples for $4 will be available.

Snacks are also available for purchase at the Simba Safari Lodge restaurant as well as on-site snack bars.

Registration for the event is now open, and you can purchase your tickets online.
