These are all the events happening in the Distillery District this summer

If you’re looking for something fun to do over the many summer weekends to come, the Distillery District has got you covered.

The pedestrian-only destination in Toronto’s east end has got plenty of events to keep you busy on its historic cobblestoned streets.

From markets to live music, to even an interactive art event for the creatives out there, here are all the events you can get up this summer:

The Distillery District Sunday Market

If you’re looking to splurge on some tasty treats, hit up this market happening every Sunday until the end of September. Vendors selling cured meats, organic preserves, ready-to-eat treats, and handmade gourmet chocolates are just some of the things you can feast on. And of course, you’ll be able to shop for all sorts of artisan crafts.

When: Every Sunday from now until September 29, from 12 pm to 5 pm

The Distillery District Summer Music Series

Walk around the Distillery Districts uniquely quaint streets will enjoying tunes from a variety of buskers that come from around the GTA to perform for the entire afternoon.

When: Saturdays and Sundays from now until September 1, from 12 pm to 5 pm

The Distillery District Flower Market

Flowers are already commonplace for the Distillery District in the summer, but the month of June is upping the ante. From now until June 30, you can pick your own bouquet or shop from a variety of fresh cut flowers, potted plants, and herbs at the weekend flower market.

When: Saturdays and Sundays from now until June 30, from 10 am to 6 pm

The Distillery Family Yoga Series

Presented by OmT.O. and The Distillery Historic District, zen-seekers of all ages can come and enjoy family-oriented yoga classes at the Distillery District. The outdoor classes are for youngsters ages 7 to 12 and their families and are led by yoga instructors from studios around Toronto. Each Sunday will see two back-to-back sessions that are free to attend, but remember to bring your own mat!

When: Sunday mornings from June 2 to August 25, from 11 am to 12:30 pm

The Big Draw Create-a-Thon

There’s nothing like some communal art making to get those creative juices flowing. At the Distillery District’s Big Draw Create-a-Thon, happening for two days this summer, participants can join amateur and professional artists in drawing, sketching, painting, writing, and virtually anything else that’s creative. And don’t worry, once that creativity slows down you can refuel with a free BBQ lunch offered to all those who take part.

When: June 22 and 23, 12 pm to 6 pm

Fantastic Planet Art Display

As you walk around the Distillery District from now until the end of July, you might notice a few interesting figures lurking around. The Distillery District has launched the Fantastic Planet Art Display, featuring three giant illuminated alien-like humanoid figures that are placed throughout the Distillery.

When: Everyday from now until July 31 (weather permitting), from 12 pm to 10 pm
