This golf tournament and gala event fundraises for kids' financial literacy

According to a recent study by PwC,Ā only 24% of Millennials demonstrated a basic level of financial knowledge, while a mere 8% demonstrated high financial literacy.
No wonder there are so many young people stressing over how they’re going to repay their student debt.

WhenĀ TavĀ and Jag MalhotraĀ learned about the current standards of financial literacy among young people, they createdĀ Tav Malhotra Invitational (TMI), an annual event in support of youth financial literacy.

The event consists of a golf tournament at Glenn Abbey in the morning, followed by a gala in the evening at The Globe and Mail Centre, one of Torontoās top venues.
Attendees have the opportunity to join business leaders, celebrities, and notable guests to fundraise for a great cause.

This exclusive event is attended by Torontoās elite, celebrities, athletes, and renowned artists. Last year, it raised funds to help 1,000 kids feel more confident in their personal finance skills.

This year, TMI is fundraising to #addanotherzero and help 10,000 kids learn how to be smart with their finances. And you have a chance to be a part of the process.
