A Mac and Cheese Fest is coming to the GTA this weekend

Dec 18 2020, 12:22 pm

This weekend, Street Eats Market is throwing another food fest in the GTA and you can devour gourmet versions of mac and cheese.

The Mac and Cheese Festival is coming to Street Eats Market at Hillcrest Mall on December 18 to 20 from 12 pm to 8 pm.

Food trucks like 6 Spice Rack, Born2Eat, El Bosco, Jerk Brothers, Meltwich, Niagara Gourmet Hotdog, The Smoke Stop, and Touro Brazilian Steakhouse will be serving up some delicious eats.

You can expect Garlic Lobster Mac and Cheese Waffle Bowls, Fried Butter Chicken Mac and Cheese, Pulled Pork Mac and Cheese, Chilli Mac and Cheese, and so much more.

Due to York Region being in lockdown along with Toronto, Street Eats Market pivoted its approach and introduced its first series of Click & Collect “Curbside Food Festivals” last weekend.

How this will work is fairly simple: customers will order and pay online, pick a time slot, and drive to their designated parking spot for the food to be delivered right to your car.

You can place your order online and get it delivered to your car when you arrive.

Address: December 18 to 20 from 12 pm to 8 pm
Hours: Street Eats Market at Hillcrest Mall, 9350 Yonge Street

Note: While local parks, shops, and events are reopened, Toronto Public Health is reminding individuals to monitor their health for signs and symptoms of COVID-19. And if you’re not feeling well, they recommend staying home at this time. If you decide to go out, maintain the six feet physical distancing guidelines and wear a mask.
