Environment Canada forecasting periods of wet snow for Toronto tonight

It’s Halloween weekend in Toronto. And with its arrival, Mother Nature is being truly scary and bringing snow to the city tonight.
According to Environment Canada, while its currently 6°C and mostly cloudy, there will be periods of rain changing to wet snow this evening.
Not only that, the wind will be gusting upto 40 km/h, before becoming light near midnight.
And this cold will continue until tomorrow.
Looks like periods of wet snow is expected to near noon, but it is expected to be cold and rainy.
