Up to 10 cm of snow expected in Toronto this week starting Tuesday

While the week is beginning beautifully, with sunny skies and temperatures expected to reach 8Ā°C on Monday afternoon, you’ll want to savour the day, because the glorious, spring-like vibes won’t last long.

Toronto is expected to see up to 10 cm of snowfall throughout the week, starting on Tuesday, according to The Weather Network.

While Tuesday won’t be totally frigid — temperatures are supposed to reach 4Ā°C — it’ll feel like 0Ā°C, and up to 3 cm of snow is expected for the duration of the day.

Additionally, about 1 mm of rain is being called for. That’s those mild temperatures at work.

On Wednesday, milder temperatures continue with a high of 2Ā°C feeling like -2Ā°C, resulting in up to 5 mm of rainfall, combined with up to 3 cm of snow.

The precipitation carries into Thursday, where temperatures will drop to -4Ā°C but feel even more crisp, at -12Ā°C. Less than 1 cm of snow is expected.

And the work-week closes out with -5Ā°C on Friday, that’ll feel like -13Ā°C, and up to 3 cm of snowfall.

Going into the weekend, the cold weather is expected to hang around with Saturday and Sunday feeling like -12Ā°C and -9Ā°C respectively, but actual temperatures sitting at -6Ā°C and -4Ā°C. But, it looks like the sun will be out, and it’s expected to be shining on Monday, too.
