This Scandinavian spa is the perfect weekend escape from Toronto this winter (PHOTOS)

We believe in working hard and playing relaxing harder.

Which means that we also believe in the Scandinave Spa at Blue Mountain.

The Scandinavian baths and hydrotherapy on hand are known for their relaxing power, are located in a natural freakin’ forest, and are open from 9 am to 9 pm every day.

If you plan to head to the baths, keep in mind weekends and holidays are particularly busy at Scandinave Spa and once they reach capacity, they will start a waitlist. (Just know it will be worth it.)

So if the idea of getting out of the city for a day, slipping into a comfortable robe, enjoying a massage, and then jumping into a few rejuvenating baths sounds like a hell of a good idea to you – you’re welcome (and also, please take us with you).

Entrance to the baths starts at $55 and includes access to a Finnish Sauna, Eucalyptus Steam Room, Thermal and Nordic Waterfalls, Hot Baths, Cold Plunges, and relaxation areas.

Enjoy the quiet…
