Vancouver’s RYU Apparel will be opening up two new retail shops this fall.
The urban athletic wear brand currently has three locations in Vancouver, and a new one will be added at Metrotown in Burnaby, and on Queen Street West in Toronto. Each is scheduled to soft open next month, with grand openings scheduled for October.

“We are very excited to open our first retail location in Toronto which is also our first bricks and mortar location outside of Vancouver. This is a significant next step in the growth of RYU” said Marcello Leone, CEO of RYU, in a statement. “We are also very proud to open our fourth greater Vancouver area retail location and further grow the reach and accessibility of RYU in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia.”
In Toronto, the new RYU shop will be located at 361 Queen Street West, against a backdrop of historic buildings and in the heart of the shopping district. It will be the first RYU retail location in Ontario, and will have 2,220 square feet of retail space.
