Photos from tow truck operator Sonny Subra on social media show the large vehicle sitting on its side while emergency crews work in the area. The flipped truck led to the closing of the offramp, though police say it will open shortly.
There are no reported injuries.
As of the last update, the truck and trailer have been removed along with the load of paper rolls.
The right lane will remain closed for several hours as the guide rail is repaired, with an estimated opening time of 11 am.
