Raptors Superfan Nav Bhatia donates $150K to build Mississauga basketball courts
Toronto Raptors Superfan Nav Bhatia has donated $150,000 to the City of Mississauga to fund four new basketball courts for the city.
The new courts will be built in Malton, a neighbourhood located in Mississauga’s northeast end, according to a tweet shared by Bhatia.
“Thank you to all those that bought items from the website and the companies that [I’ve] made appearances for or endorsements with,” he wrote. Bhatia says that he donates all his shares of merch sold on his website, appearance fees, and endorsements.
“All my fees I donated to the foundation and now it’s time to give back.”

This charitable act isn’t the first good-hearted action that Bhatia since he stepped into the public eye.
Last fall, the Superfan reportedly bought dinner for a Milwaukee fan who had posted racist tweets about him during the Eastern Conference Finals — a move that turned the stranger into a “friend for life.”
