Seven players from last year's Toronto Raptors roster heading to NBA Summer League

Despite a turbulent few weeks for the Toronto Raptors, life in the NBA is still carrying on.
Though the Raptors are still searching for their next president after the departure of Masai Ujiri next Friday, they’ve still got a few more things on the horizon before fully settling into the depths of the offseason.
Up next is the 2025 NBA Summer League in Las Vegas, which gets underway next week with all 30 teams participating.
Toronto is currently scheduled for four games from July 11-17.
And while some teams will be trotting out mostly youngsters who haven’t had much playing time in the league, that isn’t the case for Toronto.
Seven of their players head into Summer League with previous experience playing for last year’s Raptors, headlined by 2024 first-round draft pick Ja’Kobe Walter.
Speaking of first-round picks, it’ll be the first chance for Raptors fans to see Collin Murray-Boyles in action, as well as 2025 second-rounder Alijah Martin.
Here’s the roster for this year’s Summer League, with players who played for the Raptors last season in bold.

Toronto will be competing for one of four playoff spots, with the top teams facing off in a semifinal before a winner-take-all championship game.
The rest of Summer League should also serve as an intro to top draft prospects like Cooper Flagg, who faces off with his new Dallas Mavericks squad against the Los Angeles Lakers led by Bronny James — son of LeBron — in the first game of the tournament.
