The Toronto Raptors might have some questions about how they’ll perform on the court for the 2023-24 season, but they seem to have answered all the doubts about their abilities to look good off it.

On Sunday night at Toronto’s famed Casa Loma, the team pulled out all the stops for the franchise’s annual Halloween party.

Star forward Pascal Siakam led the way as the character Nino Brown portrayed by Wesley Snipes in the 1991 film New Jack City, while new head coach Darko Rajaković pulled out all the stops as Captain Jack Sparrow from the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise.

Meanwhile, a few of the team’s youngsters dressed in a few child-friendly costumes: rookie Gradey Dick pulled up as Scooby-Doo, while third-year forward Scottie Barnes came dressed in his “super suit” as Frozone from The Incredibles franchise.

In other photos posted by Siakam, Jakob Poeltl came dressed up as a unicorn, while Chris Boucher came out in a customized boxing robe with his signature “Slim Duck” nickname adorned across his back. Up and down the lineup, it seems like everyone pulled out all the stops to attempt to win the costume contest this year.

With the team off from practice on Monday, everyone can get one last chance to rest before the season tips off in just a few days.

The Raptors tip off at home this Wednesday against the Minnesota Timberwolves to start their 2023-24 campaign, with game time set for 4:30 pm PT/7:30 pm ET.
