For the second year in a row, the Toronto Raptors fell victim to LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers in the playoffs. And this time, the Raptors were swept.
So what went wrong?
As DeMar DeRozan sees it, they were beat by the Cavs’ best player.
“If we had LeBron on our team too, we would have won.” DeRozan said after Sunday’s game.

The 27-year-old Compton native said what everyone else already knew, and it shows just how much he believes James’ impact has helped the Cavaliers get to where they are.
There’s no denying that James is the reason for the second round sweep. The Cavs are a good team, but LeBron is on another level. He’s virtually unstoppable.
During the series, the four-time MVP averaged 36 points and 41.3 minutes of play, playing seven minutes more than any other player on his team.
Unfortunately for the Raptors and DeRozan, they may have to get used to it. The road to the NBA Finals runs through James and the Cavaliers, and that’s not going to change in the foreseeable future.
