A large portion of Scarborough Bluffs collapsed on Sunday.
According to police, just before 4 pm, the popular beach and park saw a piece break off from the escapement near Lookout Point.
A video posted to Instagram, allegedly taken at the time of the collapse, shows a large cloud of dusk being blown across the beach. The person filming then zooms in on a large pile of debris that appears to have detached from the escarpment.
