Pedestrian suffering serious injuries after being struck by vehicle in west end

A woman in her 70s is suffering serious injuries after being struck by a vehicle in Toronto’s west end on Monday afternoon.
According to Toronto Police Service, the pedestrian was struck by a car at the intersection of Dundas Street West and Sheridan Avenue. She has reportedly been transported to a trauma centre by paramedics.
Due to the resulting investigation, Dundas Street West is closed between Sheridan Avenue and Dufferin Street.

The 505 Dundas bus is diverting westbound via Dufferin Street, College Street, and Lansdowne Avenue while the investigation is ongoing.
