This epic Ottawa-based burger chain is opening soon in Toronto
Your new BFF is about to land in Toronto! Ottawa-based chain Burgers n’ Fries Forever has announced on its website that it’s opening a location at Ossington and Dundas in the address formerly home to Rashers.
The burger joint first established in 2013 prides itself on showcasing flavours from different cultures and considers burgers and fries to be the perfect canvas.

The incoming restaurant is also 100% halal and serves meat certified by the Islamic Food And Nutrition Council of Canada (IFANCC). You’ll find beef bacon standing in for the traditional.
The menu features a dozen internationally-inspired burgers like the Mexican burger loaded with red onions, jalapeños, lettuce, and chipotle mayo, an Aussie burger dressed ketchup, lettuce, tomato, cheddar mayo and a fried egg… not to mention there’s a vegan option featuring a falafel patty!

Fries-wise, find classic double-fried potatoes available au natural, finished with rosemary and parmesan, or served in poutine form. Plus something called the CHIMP which stands for Cheeseburger Hiding In My Poutine.

Additionally, BFF offers a not-so-secret menu featuring off-menu concoctions like The Quebecois, a burger topped with poutine, and The Grilled Cheese Poutine featuring “chopped up grilled cheese sandwiches with samurai mayo” loaded onto a poutine!
