Oprah Winfrey was scheduled to speak in Toronto this week.

However, due to the NBA Finals schedule, Winfrey’s speaking engagement, which was scheduled for Friday, June 14, has been cancelled.

“Due to the ongoing NBA Finals schedule and continuing requirements for Scotiabank Arena by the NBA, we regret to announce that the ‘Your Path Made Clear’ show on Friday, June 14, 2019, has been cancelled,” said LiveNation in a statement.

All tickets will be automatically refunded at point of purchase.

While Game 6 of the NBA Finals takes place in Oakland on Thursday, the Raptors could host the Golden State Warriors for Game 7 on Sunday, June 16, in Toronto.

The media mogul was set to stop in Toronto as part of her multi-city Canadian tour, where she’ll be sharing her key lessons and the personal stories that helped set the course for her best life.

During the tour, Winfrey will speak about the moments throughout her life that helped direct her on her path before being joined on stage by a special guest who impacted her journey for a unique one on one conversation.

There has been no word from organizers if the event will be rescheduled.
