1 tablespoon olive oil
50 g goat cheese
Salt, pepper and chili flakes to tasteÂ
Method:
1. Fire up your Ooni Volt pizza oven to 500ËšC on the stone baking board inside. Lightly dust the Ooni pizza peel with flour and stretch out the dough ball to fill the pizza peel.
2. While the Ooni is preheating, use a sautĂ© pan and heat the olive oil on medium heat. Add the mushrooms and herbs, and season and stir to cook for roughly 3 to 5 minutes. Remove mushrooms from the heat.Â
3. Brush a small amount of olive oil onto the pizza dough, and spread the goat cheese. Top with cooked mushrooms.
4. Slide the pizza off the peel and into your Ooni pizza oven, making sure to rotate the pizza regularly.
5. Remove from the oven once cooked and finish with chilli flakes. Yum!
