A private island in Ontario is currently for sale, and it’s going for less than a home in Toronto.

It could all be yours for $250,000.

According to RE/MAX, this island located in Prince Edward County is based in the idyllic  Bay of Quinte. It’s just over a two-hour drive from Toronto.

Firmans Island, also known as Cow Island, is suited for hunting, fishing or relaxation after a day of boating.

However, the land is environmentally protected, meaning no permanent structures can be built, but docks, decks and non-permanent buildings are permitted.
