More Nordstrom Rack stores to open in the GTA

Another Nordstrom Rack is set to open in the GTA, this time at Vaughan Mills shopping centre.

It was previously announced that the Seattle-based retailer would be opening its first Rack store in Toronto at One Bloor in the spring of 2018. The new Vaughan Mills location will be on Highway 400 north of downtown Toronto, and it set to open in the spring of 2018 as well.

Nordstrom Rack is the off-price retail division of Nordstrom, Inc., and offers shoppers on-trend and fashionable apparel at everyday savings of 30-70 percent off regular prices. The Rack is designed to provide the ultimate treasure hunt to style-savvy customers, and it delivers when it comes to top brands.

The major US retailer first announced plans to expand to Canada in 2012 and to date has opened three full-line stores: Calgary at Chinook Centre, Rideau Centre in Ottawa, and Pacific Centre in Vancouver. Nordstrom will open three additional full-line stores in the Toronto area, including Toronto Eaton Centre on September 16, 2016, Yorkdale Shopping Centre on October 21, 2016 and Sherway Gardens in fall 2017.
