The weather is warming, patios are calling your name, and night markets are amping up to serve you goods, long past sundown.

Everyone knows that one of the greatest highlights of hanging-outdoors season is eating good grub under the stars, and Toronto’s upcoming night markets are going to offer you exactly that.

These are the markets to mark your calendars for this year.

Artisan Cheese Night Market

You’re going to melt over this one. This Artisan Cheese Night Market will taking over St. Lawrence Market for a single evening in June. Tickets are all-inclusive, so with the price of admission (between $30 to $40), look forward to sampling Canadian artisan and farmstead cheeses, along with charcuterie, artisan foods, wines, spirits, and beers.

When: June 7, 2019, from noon to 10 pm

The Stop’s Night Market

The Stop’s Night Market is back for the 2019 festival season. Taking place over two evenings in June, the annual event will transform a section of the city into a vibrant open-air marketplace, populated with one-of-a-kind, all-you-can-eat food carts and open bars. Tickets will be $125 and are on sale on May 8.

The massive food fest returns to Markham Civic Centre for three days kicking off on July 12, and will see more than 100 vendors on site serving up BBQ, bao, fried chicken, noodles, and so much more. Admission is free, and proceeds from onsite will go towards this year’s beneficiary of choice, which is yet to be selected.

When: July 12, 7 pm to midnight; July 13, 2 pm to midnight; July 14, 2 pm to 8 pm

Union Summer market is coming back! And this year, it‚Äôs set to start in the spring. The open-air market situated on the doorstep of Toronto‚Äôs Union Station will be returning to the city on May 31. No, it’s not technically a night market, but most evenings, the space will be serving goods until 9 pm (though Friday and weekend hours will vary). So it’ll be a market that you can visit… at night.
