It’s not even open yet though if its anything like its predecessor (Valdez) or the three floors of Latin fiesta below, this patio is sure to be a hotspot the second it debuts.

The newly opened boutique hotel boasts multi-tiered patios include a rooftop gem that boasts 360-degree views of Toronto’s east end. Go for the view, but stay for a cocktail and foie gras parfait.

This multi-floor Mexican cantina offers two outdoor patios and three tequila bars. On the menu, summery staples like tortillas and salsa, tacos, and tropical cocktails.

The expansive 60-seat patio at Chef Claudio Aprile’s latest King East restaurant features a casual cantina menu with grilled sandwiches and salads, as well as a Botanist Gin bar with cocktails like the Sneaky Lemon from Manny The Mixologist.

Dwarfed by all the condos in the area, this rooftop feels more like a backyard. Even still, it’s sunny (even more so due to the reflective glass condos) than you’d expect, and it serves up the typical combination of boozy drinks and health conscious eats.

The new beer hall in the Financial District is home to two-floors that are Cadillac of patios. Ample heat lamps will keep you toasty outside on cool nights, while misters keep guests cool when temperatures spike. Oh, and there’s frozen Negroni cocktails and 70+ draught beers on the menu so you know you’ll stay “hydrated.”
