This year’s party features a stellar lineup of activities including a DJ skating party sponsored by Tim Hortons, live musical performances, and a spectacular firework display.

The program for New Year’s Eve at Nathan Phillips Square is as follows:
8:35: FireGuy will be stopping by the party and hitting the ice to show off his skills juggling, spinning LED light wands while performing on skates.
8:50 pm: Traditional welcome by Indigenous Elder, Traditional Teacher, and Knowledge Keeper, Elder Cat Criger.
9 pm: DJ skating party with Nana Zen.
9:30 pm: Performance by FireGuy.
10 pm: Performance from Juno-nominated classically-trained cellist and composer Cris Derksen.
10:45 pm: Performance by Nana Zen.
12 am: Fireworks display by leading pyrotechnic specialists Group Fiatlux Ampleman.
Don’t forget on New Year’s Eve, the TTC, GO Transit and the UP Express will be offering free rides on the popular party night.
