FEATURED ON THE LISTED GUIDE
With Canada’s 150th birthday just around the corner, Toronto is already getting into party mode with the announcement of four days of programming AND fireworks happening in celebration at Nathan Phillips Square between June 30 and July 3.
Dubbed Canada Days, this party is produced by the City of Toronto in partnership with the Province of Ontario’s Ontario150 Program and the Government of Canada. The party bills itself as an “incredible mix of music, dance, circus, and street arts,” that caps off at 10:55 pm nightly with a massive fireworks display.
In addition to the light show, expect live music performances from emerging and established artists showcasing urban, indie, roots, pop and world music, as well as a hospitality area offering food and drink.
