There are 1,000 FREE tacos up for grabs at this Toronto taqueria today

Toronto taqueria Mi Taco reopens today following renovations and to celebrate the occasion the first 1,000 diners through the door can get a FREE taco!

The restaurant, located on Queen West at St. Patrick, first debuted in 2015 with a menu of Mexican food built on scratch-made flour tortillas.

Doors open at 11:30 am today, March 14, offering the perfect opportunity to taste test the goods on the house. Among the freebies available are choices including Chicken Tinga, Picadillo, Vegetarian or Vegan tacos.
