A 46-year-old man was arrested for an alleged sexual assault of a woman on the subway in downtown Toronto.
According to the Toronto Police Service, a woman boarded the Bloor-Danforth subway line at Kennedy Station around 9 pm on Friday, March 13.
The suspect, Robert Clifford, later boarded the train and allegedly sexually assaulted the woman.
Toronto police say the man was charged with sexual assault and appeared at court on Wednesday afternoon.
Police are concerned there may be other victims.
Police define sexual assault as “any form of unwanted sexual contact. It includes, but is not limited to, kissing, grabbing, oral sex and penetration.”
