It’s Macaron Day today! And per annual tradition, Toronto bakeries and cafes will spend March 20th serving up special flavours of this sweet Parisian treat in support of local charities.

Executive Pastry Chef Nesreen Mroueh celebrates “Jour du Macaron” at this Parisian cafe inside the Bisha Hotel. For each macaron purchased, 20% of each sale will be donated to Canadian Women in Food, a national not-for-profit association dedicated to help amplify the voices of female food entrepreneurs and to promote a more inclusive space for all women in food.
