Lyft partners with Tokyo Smoke to offer $4.20 off rides today

To help everyone in Toronto celebrate 4/20 responsibly, Lyft and Tokyo Smoke have partnered to offer riders $4.20 off of one ride later today.

The discounted rides will be available across the entire GTHA between 4:20 pm and 11:59 pm today, April 20, by simply entering the code 420TO19 to your account.

The two brands will also have activation locations set up at Trinity Bellwoods, Yonge-Dundas Square, and Woodbine Beaches today.

“This 4/20, we’re encouraging those taking part to plan ahead with a Lyft ride as we continue to work towards safer streets and communities,” said Aaron Zifkin, Managing Director – Canada, Lyft.

“We’re thrilled to be collaborating with Tokyo Smoke as we work toward a similar goal and commitment, as well as provide Toronto residents with a responsible and reliable ride option. We’re also incredibly thankful to our drivers who help to get people celebrating in the city to and from where they need to go.”

Tokyo Smoke recently announced they will be taking over the space of Toronto’s former HMV flagship store at 333 Young Street, just steps north of Yonge-Dundas Square. Their opening date, however, has yet to be announced.
