Toronto restaurants and bars you can pick up booze from
With the pandemic putting financial pressure on Toronto’s restaurants and bars, supporting local can’t be stressed enough. Offering more than just food, some spots are now selling alcohol for takeout, pick-up, or delivery.
It’s important to note that according to the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, if you plan to place a takeout or delivery order for booze from a restaurant, you must order food along with it. So depending on where you order from, you might need to order a snack or two.
Here’s a list of local restaurants and bars in Toronto that offer takeout, pick-up, or delivery service for booze.
Bar Vendetta

Bar Vendetta sells carefully curated bottles of wine from inexpensive choices to $200 bottles for a more sophisticated evening. Despite selling a lager or two for those non-wine drinkers, they also offer their “Wild Card Mixed 6-pack” with randomly picked wine, or you can opt for their “Juice Bag” of either Orange or Red wine or Rosé. You can place an order online or through Uber Eats.

Orders are available for pick-up about 24 hours after placing the order, and you must specify when you’ll pick it up. To qualify for delivery, they are available for $6 only from Thursday to Saturday and you must make a $50 minimum purchase.

Same-day deliveries are available Monday to Saturday, but you must order by 12 pm, as orders are delivered from 2 pm to 5 pm. You can also place same day pick-up orders on Saturday and Sunday.
