Some afternoons mornings, the act of going out to find the ingredients for brunch seems like an insurmountable task.
We’ve all had those days.
To save you when they come around, Light Cafe has launched what’s arguably the most convenient way to stuff your face with eggs Benny, croissants and potatoes, ASAP.
The downtown joint’s new “brunch box” is available for takeout, or for delivery through Uber Eats or Door Dash.

The brunch box comes as a standard mix of several breakfasty items, that you get to choose and combine to your liking.
Start by selecting from smoked salmon, pulled pork, roasted mushroom, or lobster, and then choose how you’d like your eggs — sunny side up, over easy, scrambled, or Benedict-style with hollandaise sauce.
Side options include tater tots, waffle fries, parmesan truffle waffle fries, tofu fries, or parmesan truffle tofu fries; from those, you choose one. And no matter what, you’ll also be getting a fresh butter croissant, salad, bacon and sausage or butternut squash and cauliflower, avocado, fruit, and chiffon doughnuts.

For pickup, place your order online three days in advance, or save yourself the trouble and order the box to your door, right when you need it.
