Krispy Kreme's new Scarborough location is officially open

The day has finally come: the new Krispy Kreme Scarborough location has opened its doors on Tuesday, welcoming eager doughnuts lovers early this morning.

The new store served up some fresh dough at 7 am sharp on August 25.

This would be the donut company’s sixth factory in and around Toronto.

Talk of the grand opening has been on the radar for quite some time now as their social media team managed to keep their fans in the loop since June.

Although the new store may help alleviate long lineups in other locations, you can be certain that there will be line ups for days. However, Health and safety protocols are in effect.

If you don’t want to stand in line and wait, you can also order fresh doughnuts from food-delivery apps.

This location does not have a drive-thru option; however, customers are more than welcome to head into their new store and place an order for their deliciously glazed doughnuts.
