Kensington Market launches weekly flea market starting this weekend

Note: While local parks, shops, and events are beginning to reopen, Toronto Public Health is reminding individuals to monitor their health for signs and symptoms of COVID-19. And if you’re not feeling well, they recommend staying home at this time. If you decide to go out, maintain the six-feet physical distancing guidelines.

As the sun shines more often and restrictions are lifted across the province, Kensington Market is back to calling Torontonians’ names.

And now, the neighbourhood is welcoming back its weekly flea market, offering another reason for you to enjoy some sunny days strolling its streets.

After a slightly delayed start to the season, the flea launches on June 20 and will run from 11 am to 7 pm, Saturdays and Sundays, through to October 18.

The flea will see plenty of independent vendors and artisans from across the city, which means you’ll be able to browse handmade items, art, vintage clothing, records, and other locally designed goods.
